At Alphapointe’s 2022 holiday party and awards event, the organization formally recognized LC Industries as its Customer of the Year.

When selecting a customer of the year Alphapointe assesses two key components which directly impact business performance. Alphapointe evaluates a customer’s wiliness to grow with with the organization and that customer’s commitment to a partnership. Cooperation always results in win-win scenarios where both the supplier and customer benefit.

LCI grew with Alphapointe during the course of the year, producing 47% more revenue than in 2021. In addition, LCI welcomed supply chain challenges with open arms, providing a forum to discuss raw material shortages and shipping procedures. The result was an improvement in processes and communication routines which today benefit both Alphapointe and its customers.
