Employee Rights Under the NLRA
The National Labor Relations Act guarantees certain rights to employees covered by the Act. These rights apply regardless of union membership and are protected by federal law.

Vendor and Contractor Obligations
- Post the official NLRA Employee Rights notice in conspicuous physical and electronic locations.
- Ensure electronic postings include a working link to the official Department of Labor or NLRB notice.
- Flow down NLRA notice requirements to applicable subcontractors.
FAR 52.204-25: Prohibition on Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Equipment
In accordance with FAR 52.204-25, vendors supporting Alphapointe contracts must not use or provide covered telecommunications equipment or services, or covered video surveillance equipment, produced by entities identified by the U.S. Government.

Vendor Responsibilities
- Ensure prohibited equipment or services are not used in contract performance.
- Perform reasonable supply-chain due diligence.
- Promptly notify Alphapointe if prohibited equipment or services are identified.
- Flow down this requirement to applicable subcontractors and suppliers.
