Notice to the Public
Alphapointe complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) provide that no entity shall discriminate against an individual with a disability in connection with the provision of transportation service. The law sets forth specific requirements for vehicle and facility accessibility and the provision of service. We ensure all clients needing transportation to receive services are met. We make accommodations to meet the needs of our clients if we are unable to transport with the vehicles we have.
