All claims must be made within 30 days after the date of purchase.
Products to be returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all return shipping charges if it is a customer error or the return is beyond 30 days. However, if we have made an error in processing an order, we will make it right at no cost to the customer.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number that we provide. An online request can be made using the Customer Service button after logging into the store front. Or you can contact our customer support team via email at email@example.com or phone 866-240-1352 to arrange a return. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the boxes of the products returned.
Orders must be received by Alphapointe before 3pm Central Time to be processed that day. Most orders will be delivered to the customer's desktop or designated dock within 48 hours. Special orders or out-of-stock items will generally ship within 2 additional business days. Some products require additional time due to stock levels.
Please include your consolidation address (or Transportation Control number info) in the "Ship To" fields, and your ultimate consignee information in the "Additional Shipping Information" field or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to freight charges unless a state side freight forwarder is provided.
