Alphapointe has provided quality, reliable, on-time manufacturing services in Kansas City for over 100 years. Alphapointe runs a state-of-the-art injection blow molding operation with extrusion blow and injection molding capabilities that produces over 50,000,000 plastic bottles per year, operating three shifts per day, five days a week.
While a primary component of our business is pharmacy pill containers (made from FDA approved Polypropylene and HDPE resin), Alphapointe also offers custom molding solutions with rapid prototyping in addition to our wide assortment of stock containers. 
Alphapointe’s engineers and staff will partner with your designers to ensure a seamless transition from design to production. All containers are manufactured in a cGMP facility with continuous quality assurance procedures in place. Complete lot traceability is maintained at all times to provide certification throughout the shipping process. Additionally, with a 110,000 ft² facility, Alphapointe can easily manage your inventory allowing you to focus on your core competencies.

Alphapointe employees with vision loss operate injection and extrusion blow-mold machines to produce over 50 million plastic bottles per year. Alphapointe's plastics manufacturing plant is a state of the art ISO-9001:2008 certified facility operating three shifts per day, five days a week.

Alphapointe is an AbilityOne mandatory supply source for a variety of pharmaceutical bottles and specimen containers to the United States Veteran's Administration and Department of Defense.

New to our product line are three sizes of recyclable spray bottles. The spray bottles are made from 50% Post-Consumer recycled material and include trigger sprayers which are all plastic with no metal parts. These industry-first 100% recyclable sprayer units are available to government and non-government customers. "Go Green When You Clean"
