Veterans Administration Hospital
Alphapointe employees provide the telephone switchboard operations at the Veteran’s Administration Veteran’s Hospital in Kansas City. Alphapointe has a long standing relationship with the VA that provides opportunities for employees who are blind and visually impaired. Each operator answers an average of 300 calls per day promptly and accurately.
Department of Defense
Our Contract Management Support (CMS) services employees utilize technology including screen readers and magnifiers to provide contract administration and close-out, reviewing thousands of governmental contracts awaiting closure. Employees are highly trained and graduates of the Defense Acquisition University. Current contracts include the US Air Force and US Navy.
State of Missouri- Department of Corrections
