Alphapointe is pleased to announce the formation of its new Contact Center Services Division. Formerly Proformance Calling, Alphapointe Contact Services (ACS) provides outstanding response and outreach programs customized for each customer’s specific needs. Our ability to build the best contact and response strategy, while delivering the highest quality data available back to our clients, make us a leader in the industry. Our state of the art facility in Warrensburg Missouri supports Inbound, Outbound, Web, and Social Media services for the Non-Profit, Business, and College/University communities. With over 25 years in the business of connecting people with our clients, let us design the perfect response and outreach campaign for you. Additionally, Alphapointe has partnered with Callcap Services to provide premier call tracking and evaluation services to new and existing customers. This new service will allow customers to receive analysis of customer service based calls to better improve the customer experience and troubleshoot areas in need of improvement. Veterans Administration Hospital
Alphapointe employees provide the telephone switchboard operations at the Veteran’s Administration Veteran’s Hospital in Kansas City. Alphapointe has a long standing relationship with the VA that provides opportunities for employees who are blind and visually impaired. Each operator answers an average of 300 calls per day promptly and accurately.
Department of Defense
Our Contract Management Support (CMS) services employees utilize technology including screen readers and magnifiers to provide contract administration and close-out, reviewing thousands of governmental contracts awaiting closure. Employees are highly trained and graduates of the Defense Acquisition University. Current contracts include the US Air Force and US Navy.
State of Missouri- Department of Corrections
Alphapointe’s Call Management services are another innovative partnership with the State of Missouri and the Department of Corrections. Employees provide Communication Services utilizing specialized software. Employees are extremely focused on quality and detail.
State of Missouri- Department of Social Services
Alphapointe’ s Customer Service Representatives provide quality and outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers of the State of Missouri by professionally answering all calls and ensuring that customers receive accurate information politely and promptly.
